Teeball Style | All About That Base Shirt
I never thought I would say this but....I am a Teeball Mom. Just like I always said my daughter would never wear Princess dresses to Disneyland, I swore off the "Teeball Mom" get up. To make matters worse I am even the Team Mom! As much as I hate to admit it though, I have to say that I love it! Dylan just lives for Teeball and all his cute little buddies on the team. Lennie is the Coach and by my account the best Coach I am sure that ever lived in the history of the sport. He has so much passion for the game and is so good with all the kids and parents. I am so proud of him! It has done wonders for his patience too lol.
Kennedy loves dressing like me so much that she will go into my closet and take things out to dress herself. She fancies anything in cheetah print, but she was equally as tickled to wear our new "I'm All About That Base" glitter tees from Sparkle Bowtique. That happens to be Dylan's favorite song so he was a big huge fan of them.
I mean that toe pop...I can't even with her. Side note: Kennedy is totally anti pants right now and it's killing me. She insists on wearing dresses all day err day. I had to bribe her with her new shirt to get her to wear pants for the photos. Any tips in that area are much appreciated lol.
I've been practicing this dutch braid forever, but I finally have it down...just don't ask me to repeat this miracle. That is what professionals are for right?! Here is the secret friends...fake hair! I'm wearing my laced hair extensions which I love love love. I've had them for 2 years and they still look amazing.
We had a great time picking flowers. If you need a little help when taking photos of your little ones, give them a flower. It's serious magic. She was all smiles and giggles with it.
Hands down best shoes ever! These chucks have elastic and a soft cloth back to them so they don't rub on your heels. I wear them almost every day. Gotta love a timeless, comfortable shoe. I wore converse in middle school, still hip today...or cool...or snatched or whatever.
Darling gold bow from Bloomies Handmade. I just adore Jen from Bloomies, she is such an inspiration of creativity, hardwork and a heart of gold. Her bows are often on sale for just $1 so go follow her shop on social media so you can get the inside scoop.
Having a little girl is just such a joy. My Mom and I we so close when I was growing up and even though we went through the traditional teen drama we are still best friends today. I am really excited to be able to share that bond with Kennie. Thank heaven for little girls!
