Summer Fun: Book Suggestions
A great time for read is here and these are my best book suggestions! You can grab a book or two for your vacation, while lounging at the pool, or if you just have a few free moments before going to sleep! I know you'll find at least a few to enjoy this summer!
Coincidentally there are a lot of fantastic books that come out in the summer! Whether you're looking for a feel good memoir or a fiction book to take you away, here are some suggestions of a dozen books for you to read this summer that I know you'll love!

I haven't read Bob Goff's latest book yet but it feels like just about everyone else has! Everybody, Everywhere: Becoming Love in a World Full of Setbacks and Difficult People is all over my newsfeed because EVERYBODY, EVERYWHERE loves it! If you haven't read Bob Goff before, you're in for a real treat!
I recently read Girl, Wash Your Face: Stop Believing the Lies About Who You Are so You Can Become Who You Were Meant to Be for a challenge I did with some friends and colleagues. It was a great book to address some of the lies we tell ourselves as women. It is a challenging and life-affirming book. The Heart's Invisible Furies is a piece set in the 1940s and includes an adoption story of redemption and love. According to the reviews on Amazon, you'll laugh and you'll cry. It has everything you'd want from summer book suggestions!
An American Marriage is on Oprah's book club list and if it's good enough for Oprah, it's good enough for me... When I read about this book I knew I had to add it to my amazon cart! Celestial finds comfort in a good friend when her newlywed husband is falsely imprisoned for 5 years. The three of them go through a lot over those 5 years. I can't wait to read it to see what happens to their marriage!
Forced back to work, this mother of teenagers explores what being a working mom is all about in how hard can it be?. Her husband quits his job and she lies about her age and skills to secure a job. Can she work in a fast-paced environment while raising teenagers?
