Toffee Pretzel Cookie Bars

Serves: 1 dozen bars
These bars are every bit as good as cookies...maybe even better. The flaky, crusty tops and soft chewy middles make for perfection in every bite!
  • ½ lb butter {2 sticks}
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • ¼ Pretzel M&Ms
  • ¼ cup Plain M&Ms
  • ¼ cup Hershey's Toffee Almond Milk Chocolate Nuggest (chopped)
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Bake @375 for 8-10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  1. Mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
  2. In another bowl mix remaining dry ingredients (excluding chocolate)
  3. Sift into wet ingredients and mix thoroughly then mix in chocolates
  4. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and press dough into it evenly
  5. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 min. Top should be caramel brown and crackled.
  6. Let cool long enough to be able to lift paper out of pan and let cool completely. Then cut into bars or bite sized pieces and enjoy!
