This recipe calls for Mexican Vanilla because it’s seriously the BEST! My husband and I took a trip to Mexico last Summer and I had to make sure to grab several bottles of authentic Mexican Vanilla. There is nothing like it! The vanilla flavor is so intense, it elevates any recipe you add it to. We even grabbed extra bottles to give as gifts to those who watched the kids for us. I used Silk Caramel Almond Creamer for the Dulce Del Leche flavor in this recipe. It give the Almond Milk Ice Cream a subtle flavor reminiscent of authentic Dulce De Leche. There is nothing better!
Dulce De Leche Almond Milk Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups Silk Almond Milk | 1 pint Silk Caramel Almond Milk Creamer | 2 T sugar | 1 T Mexican Vanilla
Directions: Combine all ingredients in mixer and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into freezer safe container and freeze, covered for 4-6 hours. Remove from freezer and let sit for 10 minutes to soften then scoop and enjoy.
