The 4th of July is one of my most favorite holidays ever and it’s just hours away! I love grilling in the backyard, the smell of bug spray, and getting the kids glow sticks! It’s one night of the year that we abandon routine and let the kids stay up late to see fireworks.
Treats for the 4th of July are both easy and so fun…even if you’ve waited to the last minute to plan! It’s normal food arranged to look like a flag or colored red, white, and blue! How much easier could you get?? Here are a few of my favorite last minute treats for the 4th of July!
Let’s start with the kids! These Red and Blue Lego Gummies are as much fun to make as they are to eat
These Red White and Blue Rice Krispie Bites are as adorable as they are easy! Who doesn’t like rice krispie treats?! And they couldn’t be easier.
Patriotic Pretzel Bites combine salty and sweet – my favorite combination!! These are definitely more time-consuming than other treats, but you can easily get your kids to help you decorate!
These Marshmallow Popcorn Balls are an easy Patriotic twist on a really traditional treat! They are easy to make and delicious to eat!
4th of July Firecracker Jello cups aren’t just for kids! Friends of all ages will love these red, white, and blue jello cups!
Nothing says summer to me like popsicles and these Patriotic Popsicles are refreshing and probably the most healthy treat on our list! Just fruit and greek yogurt, this treat is great for younger kids or anyone looking for a low-sugar option!
You can throw this Easy Flag Fruit Dessert together so easily with a tray and a few simple ingredients. As far as I’m concerned, there cannot be enough fruit options at a summer party!
This drink takes a little extra touch so that the colors don’t mix, but the work is more than worth it for the reward – a beautiful Red, White, and Blue Patriotic Punch. How do you celebrate the 4th of July? Do you love fireworks as much as I do? I don’t even mind the heat or the bugs because I love everything else so much!!!
